Helping Fort Lauderdale Residents Stay Active and Pain-Free

Hello, I’m Dr. Zev, I’ve built my practice around the idea that no one should live in pain. Years ago, my life revolved around stiffness and aching in my back and neck. Pills and rest provided only brief relief; only leaving me with more questions. When I discovered chiropractic care, it felt like a light turned on. That transformation inspired me to become a chiropractor. Today I help patients from Fort Lauderdale find the same freedom. Whether you sit at a desk downtown, boat along the Intracoastal or run the Riverwalk, you deserve to move comfortably.

MY JOURNEY

FROM PATIENT TO
PRACTITIONER

My path to chiropractic started as a patient. A simple health issue spiraled into a prescription cycle that created more problems than it solved. When I finally discovered chiropractic care, X-rays revealed a 10-degree spinal shift that had been affecting my health for years. Regular adjustments changed everything. That transformation is the foundation of everything I do for my patients today. Read my full story.

CONDITIONS TREATED

Fort Lauderdale patients reflect the city's lifestyle: desk workers downtown with tension from long office hours, boaters and paddleboarders with rotational shoulder and back strain, runners and cyclists on the Riverwalk pushing through overuse injuries, and hospitality and service workers who stand for hours. The city's energy is active, but that activity has a physical cost.

Back pain & sciatica

Downtown professionals sitting at desks for 8+ hours develop lumbar compression and disc issues. Proper spinal alignment reduces nerve irritation and restores mobility.

Neck pain & headaches

Long commutes on I-95 and extended screen time are the primary culprits. Cervical adjustments and ergonomic guidance address the root cause, not just the symptom.

Water sports & rotational injuries

Boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, and beach volleyball create repetitive rotational stress on the spine and shoulders. I treat these patterns regularly.

Auto accident injuries

US-1, I-95, and downtown traffic mean fender-benders are common. Even low-speed collisions cause soft tissue damage that worsens without early care.

Posture &
tech neck

Fort Lauderdale's young professional population carries significant forward head posture from phone and laptop use. Early intervention prevents long-term structural changes.

Gentle, low-force techniques for expectant mothers and children. Many Fort Lauderdale families make the short drive to Davie for consistent pediatric care.
